This ismy 3rd M90 I have purchased. The previous purchases were refurbished this one is new. I have had great service with the previous 2 hence I purchased the third. The problem with the first 2 was that after a year or so the speaker in the earbud started declining as to the clarity of my conversations I was listening to which was still ok just not great. Time will tell with this new one. What I like about the M90 is the ease of operation which I give 5/5 stars. I can make and receive calls, make, send and listen to texts messages all with the push of a button. At the cost of $30 per year even if this new speaker goes south, it's still a great buy... and I will

Plantronics M90 is amazing. The sound quality is really good and the battery life is really good. I'm impressed.
