Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for unused, unopened, and undamaged items in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return.

- Items marked as Final Sale

- If your store sells only general items, we can adjust this accordingly—just let me know.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items shipped, EsureBuy will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other return reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong item ordered), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges. Customers may return an eligible item and place a new order for the replacement product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly at no extra cost to you.
Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition:

Items Lost in Transit
If your package is lost during shipping, we will work with the carrier to investigate.
Refunds or replacements will be issued only after the carrier confirms the package is lost.
