Fitbit FB502 Overview

Track your activity levels, sleep patterns, heart rate data, and more with the small Fitbit Blaze Fitness Watch in black. This wrist-worn tracker uses GPS along with a complex array of sensors to record how many steps you take, your distance traveled, calories burned, floors climbed, and how many minutes you stay active. It connects to your smartphone via Bluetooth and syncs its data wirelessly while providing you with notifications, workout assistance, and more.

Thanks to its PurePulse technology, the Blaze also provides continuous and automatic heart rate data. You can use this heart rate data to monitor your intensity, analyze the effectiveness of your activities, maximize your workouts, and more – all without the need of an additional heart rate chest strap or accessory.

PurePulse Heart Rate

Fitbit's PurePulse heart rate monitoring provides continuous automatic heart rate tracking without need for a chest strap. This helps improve the accuracy of the Blaze's calorie monitoring and enables you to keep track of your cardiovascular activity. Three heart rate zones – Fat Burn, Cardio, and Peak – let you hit the targets you need for your workout. Workout and all-day heart rate readings can be analyzed in the Fitbit app.

Check your wrist after a workout for an assessment of what you've accomplished that day and over time.

Smart Notifications

View call, text, and calendar alerts from your smartphone on your wrist.

Design

The Blaze itself can be detached from the stainless steel frame to easily swap between bands, which can also be detached from the frame. Additional bands made from elastomer, stainless steel, and leather are available for purchase.

The color touchscreen of the watch can be customized with a variety of faces to suit your style and mood.
